Gault&Millau's review 2026

This is the most Italian of the Frenchies on Rue du Nil, where Grégory Marchand pays homage to his years in London and New York. The atmosphere as much as the dishes engage customers in an experience marked by the quality of the products, obviously at the service of Transalpine traditions, with a few modern twists. Start with pizzetta with mortadella, pistachio and stracciatella, spaghetti with veal meatballs from the Basque region, tomato sauce with oregano and parmesan, pappardelle with beef ragout and port reduction, then veal chop Milanese-style, or chocolate nemesis from London's River Café. Lunch formula €34.
