A great spot on the boulevard, with its charming wooden decor, cheerful atmosphere, and traditional Ch’ti dishes! The quality of the dishes gives you a great sense of the region’s culinary heritage: a perfect egg, curry espuma with Maroilles cheese, Flemish beef stew, potjevleesch, a truly top-notch Welsch, beef chuck with chicory sauce, or even frozen nougat. To go with it, you’ll obviously want to choose a beer from the North!
