Chef's Restaurant L'Ail des Ours has enjoyed undeniable success over the years, prompting us to highly recommend its reservation. Well-positioned prices, a short, tempting menu (à l'ardoise at lunch, in "carte blanche" format at dinner), a technically sound chef, a sober, contemporary decor: the recipe is tried and tested and effective. The cellar lacks curiosity and the extraction is moderately effective (you leave with the smell of cooking on your clothes), but the two toques remain solid.
