On the slate, the mix tastes good with grilled vegetables and parmesan shortbread, marinated salmon maki, poke bowl with quinoa, half-cooked tuna with sesame, mango, citrus, avocado, cucumber, pomegranate and soy, or tartare with Noirmoutier beans, ending with cherry clafoutis.
