Behind Montmartre, a neighborhood eatery with a solid, well-crafted crust and a professional welcome. We're not asking for noon at two o'clock, but we're aiming right with the €25 lunch menu or the current menu, which is a little more ambitious and worth a hat, in a simple setting of caned chairs and marble trays: veal carpaccio with tonnato sauce, rack of pork with crispy eggplant and lemon confit, anchovy jus, chocolate cherry and agastache tartlet.
