Gault&Millau's review 2025

Régulière Marmite has made a name for itself as a must-try recipe, and of course it's still going strong. In this small brick house, the dining room is simple and welcoming, and prices are tight for snail croustade, monkfish with sweet bell pepper and chorizo chips, seafood sauerkraut or the famous marmite, available for example on the €46 menu.
