A fine Alsatian address in the heart of Obernai, well placed for a truly regional experience. The menu correctly reproduces the country's must-tries: spätzles with sauerkraut, fried bacon and saveloy, pork liver quenelles, knuckle of pork on sauerkraut, garnished sauerkraut... Good service.
