The soul of Corsica shines through in the perfumes and recipes, but Casaluna has become more a pleasant, discreet business table than a regional stronghold. The menu is varied enough to satisfy most tastes: effiloché de loup, terrine de figatellu, loup à la calvaise, tartare de boeuf au Cap corse, fiadone, chocolat cédrat... The complete sequence at €59.50, serene, efficient service and a few good classic Corsican wines (Gentile, Orenga, Fiumiccicoli, Péraldi...).
