Gourmet Restaurant The Corsican adventure continues with discretion and regularity: the address is known to all lovers of the island, and the chef's hat is worn gently, the Isle of Beauty serving as a pretext for a modernized menu looking at the terroir from the capital: terrine de figatelli, foie gras au Cap Corse, crudo de daurade cédrat au sel, agneau en croûte d'herbe and civet de sanglier au sciacarello, cannelloni au brocciu with a touch of the maquis. Chestnut and clementine dessert to keep with the theme. Good lunch menu at €39, with well-chosen island wines.
