It's possible to be located in the best neighborhoods of Paris and still remain (relatively) accessible by offering a complete menu for less than 50 euros for dinner. This is the challenge taken up by Hakim Seghaier (front of house) and Erwan Merdrignac (cooks, having learned the trade with Yannick Alléno and Gaël Orieux) who, in this attractive decor with street art influences (and constantly evolving, as it hosts works by artists that are regularly renewed), nevertheless give their all with a menu that is both contemporary and reassuring: roasted langoustines and cuttlefish, watercress cream and green tomato chutney, roasted duck supreme, pecan nuts, Jerusalem artichoke mousseline and salsify glacé au jus before a comforting mont-blanc, bourbon vanilla ice cream, chestnut cream and red fruit coulis. Dynamic service, cellar covering most of France's vineyards.
