Chef's Restaurant Just off the Champs-Elysées, Le 24 is a business meeting place that retains the tone of a neighborhood eatery. Thanks to Hakim's cheerful, highly professional welcome, and Erwan Merdrignac's deftly turned bourgeois cuisine: octopus confit with aromatic hummus, eggplant with black garlic and mango vinaigrette, shoulder of lamb with pea mousseline, bulgur with dates, medjoul with preserved lemon, spicy lamb jus, pavlova with citrus ganache, ivory chocolate, Bourbon vanilla ice cream and red fruits in an elegant sequence priced at around €90. Two toques this year.
