The Hôtel du Parc winstub offers a pleasant, well-cared-for regional dining room, with a high level of service. You'll find the expected dishes of the regional repertoire, revisited by a chef's touch, in a wide and tempting menu: sautéed snails with herb butter, mushroom flan, espuma parmentier, presskopf and crudités, matelote with three river fish, breaded pig's trotters with crispy snout, sauerkraut... Wide choice of classic desserts.
