Gourmet Restaurant A cozy winstub that's a favorite with the Obernois. Sonia and Sacha have given the rustic setting a modern touch, and the chef's menu, while remaining very regional, is also in tune with the times: with the generous Freiberg salad (smoked salmon, duck breast, foie gras), garlic butter snails, pike-perch in matelote, and some tasty must-tries, such as the bouchée à la reine with free-range chicken and veal shoulder. There are also tartes flambées and a good choice of desserts, including kougelhopf and homemade profiteroles.
