Gourmet Restaurant Qu'elle est valeureuse cette adorable winstub de la rue de la Poissonnerie ! Au cœur du quartier éponyme, dans une étroite rue historique, l'auberge exhale un beau parfum d'authenticité, son intérieur boisé traditionnel et sa cuisine alsacienne, simple et engageante. La carte va à l'essentiel et effectue parfaitement son travail, une salade au munster, des bibeleskæs, des fleischnakas, un jambonneau braisé au raifort, la choucroute alsacienne, un kougelhopf glacé. Bon accueil.
