Gourmet Restaurant Mengin's second address in Nancy, the restaurant focuses its attention here on the cellar, one of the finest in the prefecture with nearly seven hundred references. The restaurant, housed in a 17th-century cellar, boasts a warm, historic setting, where wine is the common thread running through the cuisine, which is lighter and more relaxed than at Les Pissenlits. You can choose a few mâchons, before ordering a warm flaky toast with sweetbreads, morel mushroom sauce and rice pilaf, mashed potatoes, scallops and Nantes butter, or potato râpé, rump steak a la plancha and green pepper sauce.
