Vidal, Saint-Julien-Chapteuil, a family of restaurateurs and an inseparable village, that every good eater must discover one day. It's not all plain sailing (and the reward is all the greater), but it does lead to a moment of true bliss, in a setting completely redesigned in 2024 (it's about time) by Aurélie Vidal, an architect by trade and the perfect restaurant manager. The cuisine, meanwhile, has retained its deep roots in a modernized local terroir with, in particular, the unmissable pâté en croûte, twice awarded a bronze medal at the world championships in the specialty. And to vary the pleasures, Justin's bistro offers simpler, more affordable cuisine.
