Original Restaurant For its location, at the foot of the flamboyant Gothic masterpiece that is the Saint-Maclou church, and for its honest, efficient service, this restaurant with Rouen's Roman name deserves a mention. We keep things simple with the meat chosen by Thomas Lemelle, the 400 g Norman entrecôte, the Angus parsley, the burger, the tartare, the fondue... Bigger appetites start with snails or marrow bone, and finish with homemade profiterole. Matured rib of beef at €100 per kilo, small cellar.
