Chef's Restaurant You might think you're lost on the narrow road along the corniche du Liouquet, until you see the many cars parked in front of the restaurant. Edwige's welcome is top-notch, and the produce is of the highest quality, perfectly mastered by Damien Arnaud, who trained with the Pourcel brothers and Régis Marcon. The "Menu de la Corniche" at €38 is very reasonable, and the menu pleasantly mixes a refreshing starter, tourteau crevette, avocado and grapefruit, Tamaris mussels in salad, glazed saffron velouté and rouille, roast half-lobster, ravioli with vegetable herbs on a sparkling broth or black angus veal pavé and savory bean purée. For dessert, a variation on lemon, with vacherin, lime cream and sorbet. We recommend the €24 lunch menu, served in the shade of century-old olive trees with a glass of Domaine de Cagueloup rosé.
