Gault&Millau's review2026
For almost ten years now, Pierre Lorin has been sailing the Mediterranean breeze on his Riviera III moored on the beach at Le Brusc. The dining room on the street side is pleasant, and the small terrace offers a glimpse of the sea. In trying to be creative, the young chef loses himself a little in the tastes and textures by mixing ingredients, but there's commitment, good products (a good wild boar terrine, a very fresh lean) and very correct desserts (a good black forest-style chocolate mousse). The real strength comes from the cellar, with its 500 references, run by Jean Lorin, a passionate and expert sommelier, who suggests that a few simpler plates would encourage you to uncork some fine skittles.
