Gourmet Restaurant It's back to Verjus, in this intimate niche between Richelieu and Palais Royal, for fine and expensive dinners for initiates, a little like in a guest house, at gastro prices. A single menu, close to €100, an ambience, one might even say a communion, and pleasure on the plate with the assortment of starters (the socca and the honey-cream egg with herbs stand out...), the pagre with asparagus and peas, the lamb from Clavisy in caponata and the seasonal strawberry-basil-white-chocolate dessert. For wine lovers, the €62 wine pairing is an interesting and always finely considered option.
