Chef's Restaurant Savvy Nîmois know how to find this trendy gastro for their chic outings. A hundred meters from the arena, this main thoroughfare is not the most charming, but the interior of this discreet establishment is an oasis of distinction and meticulous detail. Just like in the kitchen of Damien Sanchez, a young, precise and passionate chef, who leads a menu that's always appealing, with precise execution and high-caliber products: pink shrimp from Grau du Roi in a broccoli and bull chorizo court-bouillon, filet of grilled potimarron saint-pierre with sweet potato, ivory sauce with honey and ginger, and cheeses from Vergne before a beautiful chocolate dessert with cocoa sorbet. The cellar is interesting for its regional finds, and prices are rising, with a lunch menu at €58 and a first evening menu at €98.
