Chef's Restaurant Don't pay any attention to the almost banal façade of this seaside address, this is one of Marseille's greatest institutions, and its simplicity of spirit is part of the legend and part of the past. Established here since 1946, the restaurant has hardly ever changed its appearance, always run by the same family. People come here mainly for two things: bourride and bouillabaisse, which some say is the best in town. While the price may seem a little prohibitive (€80 per person), the experience and memories prove it's worth it. It's best accompanied by a glass of white cassis. Unique atmosphere.
