Chef's Restaurant Although the restaurant is confidential, it's certainly a secret cherished by insiders, who know that here in this residential neighborhood, it's one of the best addresses in the area. It's a place of elegance and gentleness, where you walk with hushed steps, where the staff are always available, and where chef Jean-Michel Loessel delivers ever-renewed gourmet delights. The menu caters for every taste, from Alsace to the coast: an abalone starter with sauerkraut and seaweed, a langoustine, celery and caviar combination, a fine turbot with green beans and chanterelle mushrooms, venison with beet and raspberry, a dessert with blueberry, yuzu and lime. Menus from €39 to €125.
