Chef's Restaurant In a hidden corner of the Maison du Saké, a very secret and very quiet Japanese table. The new chef, Ryuichi Utsumi, trained in Japan at the "rue école du sushi", has mastered the codes of Omakase catering for connoisseurs of Japanese cuisine, in a price range that doesn't reach the heights of some of his colleagues. Lunch starts at €65 and ends at €150 in seven sequences.
