Remarkable Restaurant This is one of Antibes' historic houses, working in the Mediterranean tradition since 1948 with a prestige that has endured through the years. The house, perched on its cape and offering panoramic views from its large glass room and terrace, has reinvented itself under the direction of Laurent Le Fur and chef Nicolas Davouze. The Bocuse d'Or winner proudly carries the banner of great traditional cuisine, bringing to life exemplary classics to which we return every year. Everything is a little familiar and at the same time something to be rediscovered: dubarry cauliflower with barolo vinegar, wakame seaweed and condiments, celery juice and green apple, rock fish soup in the Bâcon tradition, the unmissable bouillabaisse, risotto of fregola sarda and morels steamed in yellow wine, noble fish grilled over a wood fire (turbot, st. Pierre, denti, pagre...), loup en croûte (wolffish in a crust).), loup en croûte and cocotte du marché aux herbes, choron emulsion. Service as admirable and professional as ever.
