This is a well-known and popular address in Lille. Tradition is well established here, in a menu that also likes to tease fashion with contemporary ingredients and recipes, such as yellowtail gravlax with cucumber and coconut milk, octopus marinated in rhubarb, carrot and rose geranium, or gnocchi with piperade and goat's cheese emulsion. The best values justify the chef's hat: potato millefeuille with summer truffles or sweetbreads with peas in reduced juice. A good Gourmand menu at €43 in a simple, friendly setting.
