Gourmet Restaurant A family business that continues to thrive in the center of Lille, with two cousins offering a range of atmospheres from bistronomic cuisine to a wine bar. A young team that is making its mark with a range of menus from €27 to €63, each with a crescendo of ingredients; from the veal effiloché with celery, and the perfect egg with small spelt risotto, to the duck foie gras, scallops and wagyu beef, via a correct menu at €41, with the semi-cooked salmon, milk foam, lemon jelly and seaweed, the veal breast effiloché, celery and grapes, reduced juice and the citrus and Séchouan pepper dessert that confirms the toque. A well-stocked wine list, full of discoveries.
