A trusted, go-to bistro that stays current through its simplicity, focusing on the ingredients without seeking sophistication or following culinary trends. The menu is extensive, and the à la carte selection offers an interesting array of dishes to choose from at €45 per course: pulled Angus short ribs with tarragon and meat jus, hake fillet with combawa bisque and grilled polenta with garlic butter, vanilla rice pudding with peanut praline. For a special treat—and not on the regular menu—there are “exceptional” cuts of meat, sold by weight, served with a side dish and sauce of your choice.
