Gourmet Restaurant Close to Rue Cadet and its food shops, Bien élevé is a convenient stopover between two errands. A prime location for this restaurant, which has everything it takes to be friendly and welcoming when you arrive on time. The menu whets the appetite, especially if you want to discover well-matured meats: Angus beef tartare, fine mushroom tart, cervelle de canut... Next up, prime rib, matured ribeye and picanha await you here at the corner of the grill. Accompaniments range from wise (grilled vegetables) to not-so-wise, with good fries in beef fat, before less controlled, slightly rich desserts. To quench your thirst, there's a good selection of wines by the glass, and some nice skittles. An honest value for money for this well-placed standard.
