Alan Geaam tells the story of his country with as much passion as experience, interpreting the cuisine of the Levant with a savoir-faire and energy that we never fail to rediscover. His home on rue Saint-Martin is as warm and inviting as ever: hummus, baba ganoush, labneh, eggplant moussaka, vine leaves stuffed with rice, grilled halloumi, spicy chicken shawarma rolls, falafel, kefta kebabs, lamb confit and spicy smoked green wheat... Reasonably priced.
