Gourmet Restaurant An interesting young restaurant in the heart of the city, in a former printing works, which justifies the name. Youth and modernity at the helm, good ideas for marrying flavors and trends in a short menu: Mediterranean cuttlefish, scallop dukkah fumet and lemon lemonade, octopus cream of cauliflower paprika smoked bisque juice, matured Aubrac beef chard jus cream and house mustard. The desserts are eagerly awaited (pavlova yuzu sage, tiramisu caramel chocolate), confirming an address to follow.
