As you stroll along, you'll find an address that's holding its own, combining originality, a taste for travel and rather meticulous execution: duck breast salad with mango vinaigrette, cod back with creamy fumet and broccoli purée with peanut butter, shredded lamb in a cucumber salsa verde pita bread, "bananaurhum" for dessert, a banana vanilla pineapple baba.
