Original Restaurant Set back from the port, rue Saint-Nicolas is a lively street, and this modern Prao has adapted to the tourist clientele and the times by playing a score that places the terroir in its time: the fried Marans egg is with chorizo cream, herring and apple go into a salted waffle, chicken leg is rolled and stuffed with paprika and broccoli purée. The setting and welcome are inviting, and gourmet delights are also on offer for dessert, with Basque blood orange cake or carré choco-cassis. A small selection of organic wines by the bottle, pitcher, pint or glass.
