Gourmet Restaurant The area is bustling, but this Postiche is very much like a neighborhood restaurant, with its own codes and regulars, and a varied offering to suit the various desires of the moment, simple and well-made in a contemporary spirit: leeks with sesame vinaigrette and roasted hazelnuts, gravlax with radish and dill wasabi cream, fillet of sea bass with green curry and feta spinach, shoulder of lamb confit with sweet potato mousseline. With the brioche perdue caramel beurre salé vanilla ice cream, you'll have spent a small 50 for a well-deserved toque.
