Gourmet Restaurant By the time of publication, we'll have returned to Corentin Leverger's pretty kitchen, on the lively main street leading to Place Dauphin, after a winter of renovation. The automatisms are well established, with an evening menu calibrated around the central ingredient, leaving the cook complete freedom. Océane leads the room with ease, the hosts of this lively place, both of whom came through La Mare aux Oiseaux, having called on her sommelier to forge an interesting cellar. Right next door, Locco, Océane and Corentin's second establishment, is a practical bistro bar for lunch, brunch, tea time or aperitif cocktails.
