Anthony Lopez's successors, Daniel Dolciani and Lydie Murer, are working in the same vein: regional products and contemporary cuisine against a traditional backdrop, with a chef by trade. The location is ideal, opposite what's still known as the "new port", which must be around thirty years old, and on the classic holiday stroll.
