Gourmet Restaurant Pierre Sang's bistro, not far from his Gambey, is still going strong, with its long counter right in front of the kitchen, so you can enjoy the plates as much as the show, between the cooking and the setting. In a convivial atmosphere, as if at a friend's home, where music mingles with the hubbub, the plates parade according to the market and the formula, from three to six courses, with a rare price-pleasure ratio, from €30.50 to €45.50. Classic cellar (Domaine Sérol, Jaboulet Aîné, Henri et Gilles Buisson, Peyre Rose, Cos d'Estournel etc.).
