Gourmet Restaurant Everything is homemade, and the fire is for the beef, the house specialty, entrecôte de salers, filet d'angus, carefully prepared as tartare, skewers, tournedos with morels, Rossini... Preceded by foie gras or salmon gravlax, followed by "all chocolate". Prices are what they are, commensurate with the quality of the products, and a €75 menu allows you to choose everything, in a pleasant wooded setting. The wine list offers a choice of wines by the glass, quarter, half or bottle.
