Gault&Millau's review 2025

An adorable little inn not far from the eponymous grotto, offering rooms and a market table in a generous, traditional vein. The place has an old-fashioned charm that's almost touching, but which lends a warm atmosphere on busy evenings, when you can feast on a trout ballotine stuffed with scallop mousse, saffron coriander sauce and black rice, a slice of grilled veal knuckle with morel cream and gratin dauphinois, or a low-temperature duck breast with foie gras, jus court with seasonal fruit and vegetables. Fair prices.
