Gourmet Restaurant The concept was so successful that Loïs Guenzati, who is now the sole master on board, has duplicated it on the Bonaparte side. A well-thought-out, contemporary marine bistro, with a wide range of flavors and combinations, accessible Mediterranean fish, bought fresh and worked with simplicity and respect: plancha razor clams, ceviche of sea bass with pear and kiwi, Philadelphia ginger cream, whole baked sea bream, octopus civet with beluga lentils... A cellar of good all-round references (Combier, Reverdy, Chantal Lescure...).
