Below the Cours Gambetta, this izakaya captures the Japanese spirit right down to the décor, with its rows of sakés, kanji inscriptions and surprising alcoves for greater intimacy. The menu is simple and traditional, with bentos at lunchtime and a fairly extensive menu: karaagé, gyozas, shrimp tempura, edamame, salmon sashimi, okonomiyaki, teriyaki chicken, udon and ramen soups... Good service.
