A place to meet and exchange ideas in the superbly appointed setting of the Hôtel Dieu. Bistro and bar, coffee shop and tea room, microbrewery, where you can relax in a pretty setting with parquet flooring and a very contemporary slate: mullet carpaccio with leche de tigre, yellow pollack snacked with petit épeautre smoked with citrus and lemongrass, pavlova with vanilla and kiwi crème montée. Eight house beers and a few others from the area, natural wine and cider.
