Chef's Restaurant In this pretty "octopussy" setting, Stéphanie and Nicolas Choquet liven up the neighborhood and offer one of the city's most interesting cuisines, balanced, modern and precise. The "octopus menu" shows imagination, and the €35 formula is an excellent value with two toques, and contains a veggie proposal at each level: beef tartare, smoked herring roe with red fruit sorbet, duck breast with beet and blackberries, financier almond cocoa chocolate ganache bell pepper gelato chocolate ice cream... Menu Découverte evening at 54 €.
