In a former Templar commandery next to the truffle market, Luc Baille and his partner Floriane run this fine modern-day restaurant, which combines the old-fashioned charm of the house with the well-traveled ideas of the chef, who has a wealth of experience from his travels around the world. The interior is very elegant, with its natural colors blending perfectly with the stone, where you can discover a well-thought-out blind cuisine, from three to six courses, from €54 to €87. Good food and wine pairings.
