Already eight years old, Noisette has found its place as a friendly, good-natured Italian eatery, with a modern edge while remaining true to the Cannes tradition of improved classics: vitello tonnato, bresaola parmesan, cuttlefish ink tagliolini with prawns, cacio e pepe truffe, saltimbocca romana... Fairly high prices, selection of Italian wines.
