Chef's Restaurant Beatriz Gonzalez pioneered a new wave of cuisine just ten years ago, with a fusion of styles that is open and joyful. That hasn't changed, of course, and each season brings us new sensations, such as asparagus, pineapple and cucumber with an aniseed vinaigrette, peas with smoked eel, and Iberian secreto with miso-lacquered eggplant, flambéed apricots and poultry jus. It's lively, precise and above all tasty, including the desserts, which are just as inventive. A small terrace on the street in fine weather.
