On the side of the road, a family-run, welcoming inn, which gives a good idea of today's Provence, respectful of its traditions but showing a successful evolution in our times: zucchini flower stuffed with violet fig and foie gras, black cherry chutney, roast monkfish with Colonnata bacon, vegetable grecque, mango pavlova with red fruits in a good €40 menu regularly renewed.
