Without having to pass through the station just opposite, you can make a stopover in Italy at this "pinseria", not pizzeria. Because here, they don't make pizze but pinse, a white pizza more akin to focaccia. You'll find it again after some antipasti and pasta dishes, with San Marzano tomatoes and mozzarella, gorgonzola and speck, Neapolitan style, Parma ham and sun-dried tomatoes. Small Italian cellar.
