Chef's Restaurant Just 5 minutes from the Glacière metro station, you can enjoy the freshness of this seafood restaurant with its octopus illustrations on ivory walls. In the bright dining room, with its open kitchen counter, chef Tomy Gousset's menu dips the English Channel into the Mediterranean, starting with the unmissable chorizo brochette flambéed in brandy, sucrine and olives, followed by snacked scallops with fennel and orange compote and a delicious mango tart with caramel and ginger mascarpone. A simple, pleasant lunch menu at €22 for starters and main courses, well-paced service from a small team, and a classic cellar to take you on a journey at reasonable prices.
