Gourmet Restaurant In a former tobacco factory transformed into a loft, once through the revolving door, you discover a large room with a modern decor. The chef offers a card menu at €41, with a wide choice of dishes, some of which come with a slight surcharge: lemon ravioli, roasted sea bream with pimentade and herb olive oil, roast guinea fowl supreme with Provençal vegetable tian, moist chocolate cake with ginger candied apples. But you'll also come across more mischievous dishes, which are also rather more pleasurable, such as pig's ears served warm and crispy, braised beef cheek with Graves wine and split pea purée, calf's head, brain and tongue ravigotées and, last but not least, French toast-style brioche with caramel and ice cream. Classic cellar, not very attentive service.
