Gourmet Restaurant Twenty minutes from Rennes, a lovely country inn with a classic appearance, stone walls and climbing vegetation, and a sober interior where you can rediscover local classics in a more contemporary vein. The €27.50 menu is well calibrated, with, for example, a fine tart of mackerel in escabeche and pink onion pickles, a back of cod, seaweed quinoa and rougail sauce, a supreme of guinea fowl stuffed with vegetables, chestnuts and grape sauce, and a very Breton millefeuille of caramelized apples.
