Gourmet Restaurant The Italian of the town! Luca Grisolia and Francesco Corigliano bring the colors of Calabria to their warm, elegant restaurant. Skylights, bricks, beams, black-and-white photos, shelves overflowing with bottles, colors and soft lighting combine for the best. The cuisine is not lacking in zest. If the pasta dishes are a delight, so are the "à l'ardoise" suggestions, to keep as close as possible to the season. The appetizing squid, fennel, walnut and sun-dried tomato salad is a pleasant appetizer. It's the perfect accompaniment to the "cavatelli alla Crotones", the delicious long pasta from southern Italy that holds its sauce so well! Enhanced with sausage meat, tomatoes with fennel seeds and sweet Calabrian pepper, they're a real crowd-pleaser. As for the tiramisu, it's particularly tasty. All that remains is to go down to the cellar, which offers - by the bottle or glass - a tour of the great Italian regions, from Sicily to Veneto, via Calabria, Umbria, Tuscany and Sardinia... Efficient service... but sometimes a little too fast!
