A 3* hotel-restaurant with its feet firmly planted in the Ariège, it's just five minutes from the château, and offers its guests a regional gourmet experience. The place has an old-fashioned charm not dissimilar to that of the medieval village, and you'll happily come back for the fillet of trout gravelax, mousse of goat's cheese with chives, grilled duck breast with hazelnut sauce, grilled entrecôte with three peppers. Classic desserts.
