In June 2023, the manager opened Caffe Ristorante Little Davoli, a cocoon with the spirit of a Venetian palace. More than just a beautiful setting, this is a place of perfect delicacies. Refined or simple, they are made from Davoli treasures such as Parma ham matured by sea and mountain breezes, or Best of the World award-winning Parmesan. Indulge in antipasti, pizzas made with homemade dough that's been left to rest for 48 hours, fresh pasta including Davoli's famous lasagne with its secret recipe, eggplant alla parmiggiana, sea bream with sauce vierge or veal cutlet Milanese...
