The menu remains unchanged, and all the better for it, with the famous crumble with trout fillet or Morteau sausage, gratins (comtois, gexois, arboisien), forest gratin with wild mushrooms, Morteau sausage with potatoes, green salad and cancoillotte, and trou comtois with griottines.
